I'm sitting at the office trying to explain in a long long mail to the customer why I will fail to fix everything that is wrong, and at the same time trying to promise to another customer that I will be ready to give a budget estimate for a new project in a few hours. Until then, I'll have to read through a zillion papers to be able to have the faintest clue.
